NOT UNLIKE HER COUNTERPART, Connor, Aveline went through several stages of character design via conceptual artwork. And not unlike aforementioned console protagonist, she had some pretty okay to God-awful looks before she reached her final stages. Under the cut are some low quality scans of a few concepts of Aveline de Grandpre which are apparently available as skins/templates within Assassin's Creed III: Liberation itself.

Assassin's Creed 3 will be getting its own artbook 'The Art of Assassin's Creed III'

A day after Ubisoft announced the Assassin’s Creed III special editions, Titan Books comes out with news of an artbook, The Art of Assassin’s Creed III. Guess that explains why the $120 physical limited edition didn’t include one — it’s being sold separately.

This hardcover artbook will be released this fall alongside Assassin’s Creed III, on October 30, with a surprisingly low page count of 144. For comparison, the pleather-bound Skyrim artbook included with that particular collector’s edition had 203 pages.
